Misconduct in a Public Office

Client was charged with Misconduct in Public Office and three related charges. The attorneys of Kohler & Hart persuaded the court that there was no basis for two of the charges, and they were dismissed before trial. The client was acquitted, after a jury trial on the two remaining charges.
